1st Annual General Meeting
Held in Airdrie Working Men’s Club on 29th October, 2003 at 7.30p.m.
Agenda
Introduction by the Chairperson of the Interim Board. Resignation of the Interim Board. Proposals for replacement or re-election. Should the majority of Trust members present at the meeting agree to re-elect the present Trust Board, the following agenda will be implemented. If new Board members are proposed and duly elected, the Interim Board will advise the members present of what work has been undertaken to date.
