Neil "Mad Dog" McGowan has broken the 15 point suspension thresh hold and his fate has been decided. He will mis two away matches in Apri.

Neil McGowan will be suspended for 2 games effective from 6/4/04. He can play in Dumbarton, East Fife & Berwick, but will miss Arbroath and Stenny away
