So the SPHell once again mess with the heart and soul of Scottish football, is it any wonder attendances are dropping as the fans seem to be getting screwed at every turn.

As everyone knows the Self Preservation League have yet again dashed the hopes of football supporters whose club were trying to gain access o Scotlands top league.

I have to say though, like everyone else, I saw it coming from a mile away and any Inverness Caledonian Thistle fan who thinks other wise must have blinkers on. But that doesn't make it right.

It seems four votes were enough to keep Caley out of the SPL and as usual who they were will remain a secret, but speculation has it being Celtic, Rangers, Livingston and Partick Thistle.

So how does this fiasco get fixed? I have two preferences the first is to scrap the SPL and bring it back under one all encompassing group the second is should the SPL refuse the first that every team in the Scottish Football League should agree to refuse admittance in to the Spl until they change their rules in such a way that every team who  gain promotion will be given promotion.

Setting a limit on seating should be scrapped as it only hurts the home team, if a club only have 2000 seats then the maximum attendance can be only 2000 and teams work their budgets around this.

Scottish football and especially the SPHell is the laughing stock of world football and until we get people in charge who care more about the game than they do about their own funds it is only going to get worse. Football is all about winning on the field of play, not in some dark board room where men/ women in suits get to make the rules to meet their own ends.

Fuck THE Scottish Premier League Who Needs It?
