Where is the ground? From the A14: Follow the A14 around Ipswich, until you see the turning for Ipswich (the A137). Stay on this road until you see the ground on your left.
What's it like at Portman Road? The overall look of the stadium is vastly improved. There are two modern stands at either end of the ground and two no so modern stands at the sides. The more modern stands are much better. The away fans allocation is given in the oldest of the stands which means it is not the best of away days but at least it is better than Millmoor! 1,700 fans can fit in the area where we are allowed to be seated, however, I've been told that it's very cramped!
What to Read: The Official Matchday Program is priced at £2.50. It is called 'ITFC.' The fanzine which is closely associated with a rival site of our network's Ipswich Town site is called 'Those were the days.'
Where to drink: The Drum and Monkey which is extremely close to the ground is the best choice for away supporters. The Station Hotel near the train station is another popular choice and most other pubs should be avoided unless you want your face kicked in!

What They Sing... You'll need this to prepare counters:
I've never felt more like singing the Blues,
When Ipswich win and Norwich lose,
Oh Ipswich you've got me singing the blues
