Michael Dawson wants Liverpool.

According to Sublime Football Nottingham Forest center-back Michael Dawson wants to move to Liverpool. The highly-rated youngster has been the subject of much interest lately but hopefully we can hold on to him.

Well I've just been busy surfing the net and I've found a rather debatable quote from Sublime Football.

"Michael has been watched by Liverpool and United scouts all season," said the player's friend at a private function recently. "It would be a dream come true for him to play for Liverpool. If he could pick between either club he would chose Liverpool."

Well, it seems here that the man here that claims to be a "friend" of Daws' is putting words into his mouth. The player has stated in a recent program that it's not just money but whether "he enjoys his time at a club." that counts. He is enjoying his time here.

If a bid from Liverpool is ever accepted by Kinnear, though, I feel that it would probably be just too hard for the defender to turn down and he'd be gone. If all goes well though, we'll be able to convince him that if he stays here, he'll still be playing Premiership football within 2 years.
