Paul Gerrard Released.

Paul Gerrard has been released by his club Everton and looks all set for a move to Forest. Hopefully Kinnear will see sense and sign him up ready for a season he believes will be a tough'un.

It looks like Paul Gerrad is poised for a move here. It was today announced on Everton's official site that he has been released by his club. The player looks to have enjoyed his time here and so far has done well. Hopefully Kinnear will snap him up to help with next season- which he believes will be hard one but believes we can do well.

"The way we've finished the season gives us great hope and if we can add a few new faces to the squad then you never know how well we might do.

"But there'll be a lot of Midlands derbies next season, what with Derby themselves staying up and then the likes of Leicester and Wolves coming down. It'll be an interesting season and with Leeds joining us as well, it'll be that much tougher."
