We may have left Michael Dawson and Marlon King in England whilst he and the rest of the team fly out to America- but the Dublin born manager insists he has know intention of offloading the duo. The reason they are not flying out is the fact that they're not fit enough for different reasons.

Going nowhere.

Joe Kinnear has slammed recent reports suggesting that Reds' duo Michael Dawson and Marlon King are amongst the left-behinds of the Aremica trip saying that it is "complete Rubbish."

Kinnear told the Evening Post: "I want to assure the supporters they (Dawson and King) are not staying behind to be sold or anything like that. It's a ridiculous thing to say.

"Michael is better off staying behind and doing his own thing. I have taken the advice of a specialist and that was his suggestion.

"Anyway, I couldn't really risk him aggravating the injury at the moment.

"We have got plenty of friendlies ahead but I am already thinking about the first league game at Wigan.

"Wes Morgan is suspended for the first two games and I don't want to be in the position where both centre halves are not available for the start of the season."

With Kinnear being a wizard in the transfer market and him already bringing in a healthy variety of signings- Forest fans are optimistic of a successful era with him at the helm.
