Nottingham Forest manager Joe Kinnear has invited Feyenoord's highly-rated Dutch youngster Ferne Snoyl to The City Ground for a trial which will hopefully lead to a loan move.

The player has risen through the ranks at his current club and has been there since he was a youngster. Because of this it will be hard for him to depart, but the lure of playing in the English leagues and getting some experience could be the factor which sees him decide this is the best move career-wise.

De Eredivisie were said to be interested in the player but failed to make a loan bid as they were expected to do. Manager Ruud Hullit decided to send his name around Europe in a bid to see his young star get some first tea experience.
