Fair Play Vauxhall's

Vauxhall Motors didn't finish the season completely empty handed, The Motormen picked up the UniBond Premier League's Fair Play Award and earning an extra £1000 in prize money off it.

A fantastic season for Vauxhall Motors financially as the FA Cup generated more money than the clubs annually turnover, aswell as the sale of Matt Haddrell for £20,000. Motors saw off stiff competition from Burscough, an amazing turn around as Shaun Teale's side were last seasons "Bad Boys". The prize money is awarded 1st = £1000, 2nd = £750, 3rd = £500, 4th = £250. Worksop and Hucknall made up the top 4 respectively.

Whitby Town joined Vauxhall as being the only two clubs not to have had a man sent off in the league. Although Vauxhall were reduced to nine men against Hucknall Town in the FA Cup 4th rd qualifying, after Terry Fearns and Kevin "Roy Keane" Lynch had been given their marching orders, Vauxhall held on to take that to a replay and won 5-1 to set up a money spinning, history making clash with QPR, in the first round proper.

Vauxhall picked up 38 cautions where as this season "Bad Boys" Colwyn Bay picked up an astonishing 101 cautions and 5 red cards. Altough Hyde United won the gong for this month, Vauxhall won it twice this year in August and November.

Guiseley took the £1,000 prize from the First Division, While League Winners Alferton Town finished a respectable fourth. Kendal Town and Chris Waddle's latest UniBond League club Stockbridge PS made the rest of the 4 respectivley.
