Harriers moved up to 14th in the table with a superb 2-0 win at Scunthorpe United. This makes it 4 games wihtout defeat for Harriers.
Unfortunately I couldnt make tonights trip to Glanford Park. So only the basics Im afraid.
Harriers won with goals in each half from the "Diddy men" of Ian Foster and Dean Keates, Kidders two minature heros. Fozzie claimed his 3rd goal since returning on 18 minutes, slotting home a rebound after Mark Yates's shot was saved. Harriers double their lead on 54 mins when Dean Keates scored, apparenly with a volley.Tonights game also saw Keeper john Danby get his full league debut.Scunthorpe then had Sharp sent off on 69 minutes. This was Harriers 1st ever win at Scunthorpe.
So a good win which moves us up to 45 points, 10 points ahead of Saturdays opponents, Macclesfield, who enjoyed an important 2-1 win over Swansea tonight. Despite this Macc remain in the relegation zone. Lets hope we can pull totally clear ASAP. More on Macc game later in the week.
