Round up of all the Championship games

Reading dropped just one place after defeat at Derby County yesterday. Wigan Athletic remain top of the pile after a thrilling 3:3 draw away at Wolves.

Wigan had looked to have taken all three points until into injury time substitute Colin Cameron stabbed home the ball to give Wolves fans something to smile about.

Plymouth who were third before the start of play, went down 3:2 at Queens Park Ranges while Stoke City were well beaten at manageress, Preston North End by three goals without reply. The Potters remain second in the league.

At the other end of the table, Rotherham United are still without a win this season after losing 2:0 to Leicester City. The Millers have only managed to score two goals so far this campaign.

Cardiff and Nottingham Forest make up the two other teams in the bottom three. The two met at the City Ground where they could only fight out a goalless draw.

Sunderland won their first away game of the season in style with a hammering of Gillingham at Priestfield. Marcus Stewart was in outstanding form scoring his first hat trick for the club. Stephen Elliot was also on the scoresheet.
