Low lying Coventry host Reading this weekend keen to get a good result to lift them from their current position. Reading hope to maintain their unbeaten run and to keep the pressure on league leaders Wigan.

TEAM NEWS

With Forster and Goater out, Dean Morgan should make the bench with Lloyd Owusu starting up front with Dave Kitson who has recovered from a minor injury.

Full back and stand in captain Graeme Murty has also shrugged off a minor problem, whilst Adie Williams is once again available but likely to start on the bench with Ibrahima Sonko continuing to look strong in the centre of defence.

Paul Brooker will once again hope to return to action after losing his place due to a problem around the groin.

Coventry welcome back Steve Staunton from suspension, midfielder Rohan Ricketts who was cup-tied and Stern John who was not selected for the Sky Blues' midweek Carling Cup fixture.

They also welcome Florent Laville on loan from Bolton, he should go make the final sixteen for Coventry.

Claus Jorgensen has a rib injury and may not feature. Tim Sherwood is also a doubt and Graham Barrett has an ankle injury which could keep him from facing the Royals.

FORM GUIDE

The Royals are unbeaten in their last eight games and have not lost in the Championship since early September. The last game at home to Crewe, a 4-0 victory, ensured that the Royals remain unbeaten at home so far. Once again it would take a freak result (a serious thumping in other words) for Reading to overtake the Championship leaders.

Reading's defence has looked solid despite the absence of captain Adie Williams - npw apparently a target for the Sky Blues. And few will have left unimpressed on Saturday with the midfield displays of James Harper and man of the match Steve Sidwell.

Coventry lie 19th, yet Peter Reid is convinced that his side have nothing to fear from any team in the division.

Reading have sold just over half of there 2,000 allocation. Tickets will be available to purchase on the day at Coventry.

It will be the last time Reading will be playing at Highfield Road as Coventry are set to move into their new Jaguar stadium next season.
