Jackson wins MOTM again

Peter Jackson has won the Manager of the Month award for the second time as Lincoln City manager. The Imps only failed to win once in October, claiming an impressive 16 points that has turned a season of looking over our shoulders into a season where we can start dreaming of promotion again.

Victories over Chester City, Chesterfield, Macclesfield Town, Bournemouth and Gillingham, as well as a draw with Rochdale have turned around City's season, although it's almost ironic that the MOTM curse struck just a few days before the award was actually given, City losing their first game of November.

It's the second time Jackson has won MOTM following on from February's five wins and a defeat. Jackson is now equal with Keith Alexander on two awards, and one ahead of John Schofield on one.
