Elding banned for three games

Anthony Elding will be forced to sit out the next three games after the red card he received in Saturday's draw with Bury. The in-form striker was given a straight red for a tussle with Bury's Cresswell, a tussle that only saw the Bury man get a yellow card.
Elding joined the Imps on loan from Crewe Alexandra in January and scored on his debut against Brentford. A long barron spell in front of goal ended with an effort against Dagenham before last Tuesday's winner against Wycombe Wanderers.
The fight involved in the game against Bury has resulted in him missing three games, starting with tomorrow night's home match with out of form Darlington. He will also miss Saturday's trip to Barnet and the derby with Notts County next week.

lucky boy could of been more. dont think we've heard the last of this either bound to be more about the handbags between the dugouts.

Should never of got to this stage, the ref should of given the initial foul on Elding in the first place

said on the radio the ref has included the ruck in the dugout in his report and the fa are going to investigate,so mr eld`s might end up with a few more and even a fine for the club,but lets hope not

me too would think will be knackered from saturday up against those two thugs they had at the back.
