Connor signs for Imps

Paul Connor has now officially joined Lincoln City after a trial at the club. He failed to score during the two week trial but impressed many with his efforts and overall potential that he showed with Fagan.

Connor played his first game for City against Ferencvaros and although he didn't score, he impressed many by winning numerous headers and playing better than the majority of the strikers that have left the club in recent months.

Competition for the first team striking partnership is expected to be high with Connor, Fagan, Jamie Clarke, John-Lewis, Hutchinson, Adams and several others fighting for the two places.

City have also again been linked with a move for Michael Bridges after the striker was alledgedly seen by many fans at last night's friendly against Arsenal.
