Tough Trip Ahead For CCFC

The "new" CCFC face a tricky trip to Portman Road on Saturday, aiming to beat the tractor boys for the first time in almost 10 years!

CCFC did the double over IT in the 93/94 season, with a Sean Flynn goal winning the home game, and goals from Ndlovu and Flynn winning the away match. Signing Flynn back for the weekend seems like a decent idea....

IT recently struggled to overcome Kidderminster in the Carling Cup, lost to relegation favourites Crewe, and only gained a point versus Reading thanks to a dubious 90th minute penalty.

If CCFC don't take something from Portman Road this time, sending Ipswich the points in the post and avoiding the bother of actually playing should be considered in future....
