Davies - Sheff W Rumours

Reports have suggested Sheff Wednesday have entered the race to sign Kevin Davies on loan from Southampton.

Kevin Davies is one of the hottest strikers around at the minute , he is being linked with a move everywhere at present.

Leicester yesterday were reported to be interested in signing him and today reports suggest Sheff Wednesday are keen.

Wednesday have big striker problems maybe worse then Leicester with both Adam Proudlock (wolves) , Lee Bradbury (portsmouth) having returned to there clubs , Gerarld Sibon having signed for Herrenveen.

They are monitoring Davies strongly and will try to get him or a striker before there home game against Wolves on Saturday.
