Crystal Palace and Bolton linked with Porto Strike

Hugo Almeida is today being linked with a loan move to either Crystal Palace or Bolton. Having fallen well down the pecking order at Porto, they are willing to allow him to move to England to get some valuable first team experience.

There could be difficulties though, with Porto insisting that he will only go to a club where he will be guaranteed first team football. Add that to the fact that the English clubs are insisting on having an option to buy him if he impresses, which Porto are insisting they have no intention of doing and the a move could be difficult, although by no means impossible.
