West Ham in for Bastia defender

West Ham are rumoured to be keeping a close watch on Bastia defender Pascal Chimbonda. Chimbonda will certainly leave Bastia in the summer after suffering racial abuse at the hands of his own fans in the game against Istres last season.

He was heavily linked with a move to France, but interest from West Ham boss Alan Pardew, could easily turn his head towards the Premiership.
