I don't think whoever put that report up was at the same game as me. "Wolves came to contain", not from where I was sat they didn't, and 15 shots on goal to our 8, plus 7 corners to our 3 is hardly a containing job.

I thought Wolves played quite well, took the game to us as often as they could, and fully deserved the point they got. Even if it was a bit late, and from a debatable corner after we'd gifted them the ball.

So so so many idiots in the Burnley crowd.

50% of paying Burnley fans don't deserve promotion this season.

Moaning like little girls throughout until we scored. Angry at times. How dare Wolves come and give us a game!

I'd laugh at these people if we didn't go up, it would probably upset their lives.

Spot on MH, even Sean mentioned it afterwards. We haven't blown away many teams on Turf Moor this season and yesterday was no different, but the edginess in the crowd was palpable.

We're never going to win every game, we will drop points along the way, but yesterday was another point towards promotion, two points dropped certainly but nothing to worry about overall.

I don't know if it was the crowd reaction or another mundane performance from us, possibly a bit of both, but Wolves and their fans seemed to grow in confidence as the game wore on. They started cautiously, their fans were quiet, but towards the end of the first half and throughout the second half they gave us a real game and their fans were bouncing. But it still should have been another 3 points.

I missed for a 10th correct prediction in the Prediction League . I was for a 1-0 win in favour of Burnley .i thought that 3 more points would be added but during the last minutes a vibrant victory was quahed into a draw . How sad for the club and fans ? Any thing may happen during these 90 minutes . Football is becoming so unpredictable !!!!

I told you yesterday, during the first part of the second half that Sean would mention it.

They are idiots are most Burnley fans, a side that were half a dozen points clear, running away with the Championship, and they get into a blind panic when we're drawing a game rather than busy trusting them to come out of the game with points (as we did and as we always do).

1 They're just putting themselves through torture and making themselves look like silly spoilt kits

2 It can only have a negative effect on the players performances

I'm not gonna pretend to be a know it all like all the knob head who were groaning "oh for heavens sake come on Burnley, keep it on the deck, get it OUT, this is @#$%& Burnley" BUT just look at Boyd, went back in his shell as soon as the groans started.

Unbeaten in 3 months. Top of the league. Drawing. And people actually groan, slate, panic etc.

I was happy with yesterday, I'll accept that last minute goal of theirs along with the point we get that's pushed us a bit more towards the title.

Is this why they are playing better away from home now? I don't know but I suspect the travelling fans support the team through thick and thin, good and bad, whereas at home....

Away support is brilliant. The 3000 at Huddersfield was memorable.

Can't be put down to that, maybe more than home sides are more gung ho and were better than anyone toe-to-toe.

However, it can't help.

Top of the league, unbeaten in 6 months and a large percentage of fans either (or both) panic like mad or moan and groan because we're only drawing after an hour.

I don't even get down when we concede the opener, doesn't matter when anyone scores in a game, first minute or last minute.

Idiots. (If groaning).
Weak people. (If worried).

When a side is top and unbeaten in 3 months surely they have earned the right to be trusted to complete a game.

I used to be one of those weak people who worried when we weren't playing well, but I've come to accept it these last few months. I still don't fully understand it, it's been my view formed over many years of watching football that the 'best' team won't always win a game, but over a full season they'll be at the top of the league at the end.

I've only rarely seen us this season as clearly the best team in a game, MK Dons away, Brentford away first-half, both on TV, and Forest at home. In every other game I've seen you could make a case for the other team getting a point off us at least and sometimes all three, Blackburn away being the prime example, how we didn't lose that by three or four I'll never know.

But it doesn't seem to matter how 'well' we play, whether the opposition look better than us or not, whether they have more shots, corners, possession or not, at the end of the game we've usually got the points.

Earlier in the season I was waiting for the performances to catch up with us, I didn't think we could keep getting away with it, but after 30 odd games I just have to accept it, it's not a co-incidence, it's not a flook, this is a points winning machine of a team and they do it without 'playing well' in the accepted sense of the term.

I still don't understand it, but I've learnt to accept it and live with it, it doesn't bother me anymore. Nowadays on Turf Moor I just sit back, relax, try not to fall asleep, and watch us pick up the points.
