Clarets Retained List

Burnley Football Club have confirmed their retained list at the end of the 2016/17 season.  New offers have been made to out of contract goalkeeper Paul Robinson and midfielder Joey Barton. 

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Matthew Gilks, defender Michael Duff, midfielder Matt Taylor and winger Lloyd Dyer, along with young goalkeeper Danijel Nizic and striker Jason Gilchrist, have all been given free transfers at the end of their current contracts. 

Duff, 38, has accepted a coaching role with the club’s U18s.
