Eboue offered 3 match Ban

The FA have issued the following statement on Eboue:
Eboue has been offered the penalty of a three match suspension. Eboue has until 6pm on Wednesday 28 February to admit or deny the charge. A Disciplinary Commission will hear the charge on Thursday 1 March
I assume if he appeals he could play on Wednesday, however he has been caught redhanded, more tomfoolery than violent conduct, but the po faced bastards at the FA will have their pound of flesh.
Meanwhile Adebayor is being fitted up for a 6 match ban. He has been given 3 to start tomorrow, and faces another charge over refusing to leave the field.
