Eboue offered 3 match Ban – Ade could be 6

The FA have issued the following statement on Eboue:

Eboue has been offered the penalty of a three match suspension. Eboue has until 6pm on Wednesday 28 February to admit or deny the charge. A Disciplinary Commission will hear the charge on Thursday 1 March

I assume if he appeals he could play tonight, however he has been caught redhanded, more tomfoolery than violent conduct, but the po faced bastards at the FA will have their pound of flesh. He might as well start serving his ban now.

Meanwhile Adebayor has already had his appeal against his red card rejected, and faces a further charge of behaving aggressively on being dismissed. It seems highly likely he will serve a 6 match ban.
