WC2010 Day 8 Round-Up: So Exactly What is Rooney On?

Leaving the pitch after England's and his own dismal, pathetic performance amongst the wildly celebrating Algerian players, Rooney aka Shrek looked into the following camera and said "Nice to see your own fans booing you." Only a win against Slovenia on Wednesday afternoon will guarantee the Three Lions progression - but if England cannot beat the Yanks and the Algerians, what chance of three much needed points against Slovenia - true, England beat the Slovs in a friendly, but it was a friendly.
