The question is - Was the Football Icon winner watching this game on Saturday morning at Cobham? Who knows, you decide. The Academy entertained the youth of Millwall on Saturday morning, but disappointedly the game ended in a 0-0 draw.

There definitely seems to be an epidemic going around the Academy at the moment because Ryan Bertrand and Shaun Cummings both missed the match due to the mumps. Now I did hear on the grapevine (not confirmed I might add) but when the England Youth met up, players had to return as soon as they had arrived due to contracting the illness. Michael Mancienne also being a mumps victim.

Apart from Worley being booked and Saarelma trying a cheeky lob to beat the Millwall 'keeper and the hearthrob Scott Sinclair going close, there is an awful lot more to report.

The Academy's next game is against away at West Ham United on Saturday 12th November, kick off 11am.

Good Luck to James Younghusband (who came on as a sub for the reserves last night) and his brother Phil (who scored for the reserves last night) who are both off to Singapore to play in the Asia Cup.
