IT'S BLOODY WINTER FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!

Forget about the sideshow that is the pitch. Forget about Barcelona's whinging and griping about the state of the pitch. Its winter after all. Its the bloody British weather for God's sake!!!

Look at the amount of rain that fell on Stamford Bridge on Sunday during the cup game against Colchester.

When I saw the highlights on TV of the Colchester game, during the game the pitch looked to have improved as the game went on and the rain still fell. Barca are running scared - there is no doubt about it. A member of the so-called elite group, G14 (Barca continually obstruct Chelsea's entry in to the group) they want everything their own way.

Look at last season. Jose got banned for the Frisk row. UEFA then admitted that Jose was right. Frisk retired because of the row!! Why retire if you haven't got anything to hide? Saved himself from getting sacked didn't he? Eto'o got involved in a spitting row and Barca players caused damage to the dressing room. What did UEFA do? Nothing, diddly squat. Barca have too much influence! And now they are back at the Bridge they are running scared.

The latest is that Barca are calling for Chelsea to be thrown out of the competition, because of the £140m debt that Chelsea posted in January. What a load of pound notes. Barca are running scared.

Jose's invitation for Barca to train at Cobham instead of Stamford Bridge will no doubt be turned down. As Jose said "The pitch is like an ugly person on the outside, but a beautiful person on the inside." Jose also said that he was as happy with the pitch as he could be considering the time of year.

Barca are running scared!!

Barca have players that can hurt and cause damage, there is no doubt!! Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Messi to name just a few. But Chelsea have the same too. Crespo, Robben, Lampard. Its all about the right attitude on the night.

If Chelsea go out with the same attitude and level of performance as they did against Colchester on Sunday, Barca will have a field day. But most importantly the fans that turn up on Wednesday night have got to perform a lot better than they did on Sunday.

The atmosphere sucked and was diabolical. We were humiliated in support by 6,000 plus Essex boys and girls. It was a total and utter embarrasment.

Chelsea need the fans to become that 12th player and show the men from Catalan that we have no fear and that we do not respect them.

William Gallas has been ruled out with a hamstring injury, Asier Del Horno is training well and is expected to be named in the starting line-up. All the world will be rooting for Barcelona to kick Chelsea's butts but let's hope the crowd turn up and become THAT 12th man.

Cech, Ferreira, Terry, Carvalho, Del Horno, Makelele, J Cole, Gudjohnsen, Lampard, Crespo, Robben.

STOP PRESS:

Barcelona have rejected Jose's offer of training at Cobham, and will be training at Stamford Bridge tonight. Don't let the grass grow under you feet then chaps... LOL LOL LOL !

COME ON CHELSEA!
