If you can't make Tranmere's game away at Carlisle United on Tuesday evening, why not join in the banter right here with other Rovers fans who are unable to attend......
For those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, particularly the more costly and time consuming southern away games, we at Total Tranmere will be providing a Match Discussion Thread on the Site for every Rovers game.
The thread will allow you to discuss everything from the pre-match build up and starting line-up to the game it as it progresses and the post-match analysis.
Where possible, Total Tranmere staff will post up the starting line-up and substitutes on the thread as soon as it is made known at the game as well as a half-time report on how the game is going for the benefit of those who are unable to make it.
Tranmere of course, make the trip to Carlisle United on Tuesday evening in NPower League One so if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on?
Maybe if you have a friend or family member texting you from the game you can post their views here for others to see as the game progresses.
You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been along to the game.
What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.
Admin staff will try and add the team and updates on the game on this thread where possible whilst there will also be our usual update service from our Twitter feed @totaltranmere so if you are not already following us it may be worth doing so!

To me, Tranmere so far appear to be as strong if not stronger than last season.
However the Stevenage manager seemd to think his team lacked the usual fluidity. Perhaps a hangover from losing Bostwick, but with Carlisle losing Zoko, it's difficult to know how that match might really have panned out and whether Carlisle on early impressions, appear a little less potent than before, or as good as before.
I'd say Tranmere have enough and I'm going for either 1-0 or 2-1, but a point would have to be considered good, unless they created a slew of chances and didn't take enough of them.
Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.

It was an absolute privilege to be there last night and witness what is the best hat-trick I’ve certainly ever seen in person, raising the distance struck from 20 to 30 to 35 yards with each goal and it only serves to back up what I said in the car on the way up which is that Robinson’s fitness is critical to Rovers achieving anything this season.
A fantastic night at a bogey ground (in recent times) but without meaning to bring things down we need to avoid getting carried away. Yes we’ve had three great games so far, but Orient look like being a struggling side and although we once again looked fluid going forward and solid at the back when under pressure last night, if you take away Robbo’s goals it was a much closer game than you might think.
Don’t get me wrong, this start to the season has me buzzing and we are playing so much better by a long way than when we won the first two League games last season but for me the depth of the squad is still a worry particularly if Robbo or Wallace get injured.
Bring on Shrewsbury now who are apparently unbeaten at home in something like 33 games! Can’t wait!

Totally agree with everything there sub, spot on. The fact is a fit and firing Robbo is far too good for this league. Add the guile and of Wallace and the tenacity of Palmer and you have a very good midfield for this level.

to be honest i thought we would struggle in midfield and i know it,s early days but RM seems to have got the right balance. wallace is class but i like the way palmer has a way about him, he never seem,s hurried. there also seems to be a better team spirit at the club.

Thomspons assist for Robos first was pleasing to read about. He needs to be a good player, because Tranmere can't afford to have poor cash signings, as they don't have the werewithall to buy 3-5 players a season, where 1 or 2 can be average. Every cash signing needs validating by performances.
I'd be more dissapointed if at the end of season, Thompson was let go, as opposed to players like Bell-Baggie or Harrison, because having cost money, he would look more like a failure of judgement and obviously a bigger waste of money, than players signed for zilch, or on loan.

I personally don't think he meant the assist... Looks like a dodgy cross that found Robbo somehow, but ah well, I couldn't care less to be honest.

What is the value of this assist in comparison to a goal or clean sheet or lack of yellow card??? Think you're playing too much champ manager.
Ps have you seen Robbo's first goal? Does a scuffed cross count as an assist...makes your point look even less worthy!

Yes I saw it and it's still an assist, regardless. In the same way 1 yard toe pokes are goals regardless. If Thompson had tried to cut in and score he might have missed and Robbo would not have gotten that opener. So my point remains as valid as ever.
However thanks for the over of taking more of your unwanted tablets, but I think I'll let you keep taking them, if it makes you happy. I'll carry on living my life free of your wild assumptions and confused state, regards everything I post.
