Little: Believe In Dadi!

Tranmere manager, Brian Little has made a plea to all fans, to believe in last seasons top goalscorer, Eugene Dadi. Lately Eugene hasn't shown the talent and form he had last season, but Little believes last weeks goal will help his confidence hugely and believes will be seeing him back very soon.

Brian Little has taken the time to reassure fans that he believes we will now see the best of last season top goalscorer, Eugene Dadi.

Despite his brilliant debut season, Eugene has been out of form and only managed to score 2 goals before last weeks defeat to Hull. But Little has kept faith with the striker and pleaded to fans to give Eugene time and he promises you'll see Eugene go back to his old self.

Dadi came of the bench against Hull for the injured, Gary Jones and after three minutes of coming on turned and nicely stuck the ball in the corner of the net, to make it 2-1 to Hull.

Little feels the goal will give Dadi a kick up the backside to make him think and take control of the games like he shown last season.

Speaking to www.icliverpool.co.uk said "That goal was really important to him

"There have been times this season when he has gone on and has looked a little lethargic in games. Most people would agree with that.

"I have talked to Eugene about that and in fairness he has tried very hard in training to be brighter and sharper. Now he has got his goal, hopefully that will help.

"He needed that goal under his belt. Last season he went on as a sub several times and scored. On the back of that he became a better player.

"Whether he starts in the side or he comes on as a sub, hopefully the goal will be a kick-start for him, helping him find that goal knack he had."

Some have said that Eugene has been paying too much attention on his clothe make, Huge-N Paris, but others say its just a mental thing. This true for many word class strikers. If there not scoring after such an impressive season, there heads go down. A great example is Michael Owen, the best English striker, if he doesn't score for abit he loses his confidence, but after a few goals he finds his form that all defenders are scared off.

Everyone at Total Tranmere wishes Eugene a great season and hopefully he can score another 20 goals for us!!
