LFC / ABNUTO ADMISSOR SPURIUS CONTERTO ISTIC ACCIDO

Everton has a Latin motto on their badge “ONLY THE BEST WILL DO". It means a lot to Evertonians. Its part of their very fabric, a touchstone of the values of their club.

I believe Liverpool should adopt their own Latin motto to help our new manager.  Roy has struck the right notes with all of us, diplomatic, well mannered, a man manager.  Above all he knows his football.

He knows and respects our history and seems, up till now, to have grasped the problems that dragged Rafa down at the club. The clubs owners will lie to him, will disrespect him, will pull the rug from under him at anytime, he has to be able to stand up to it.

Be strong Roy, refer to a Latin phrase all union stewards have been told in Liverpool for generations "DONT LET THE BAST^RDS GRIND YOU DOWN"

We should be more like Everton? Maybe our new stadium should be made out of wood too?
