United have revived their interest of Mellor

Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock has revived his interest in Liverpool striker Neil Mellor due to the new signing of Morientes.

Sheffield United were interested in signing the young traditional centre forward before christmas but Liverpool were reluctant to sell him at the time because they were struggling for fit strikers.

with the arrival of Fernando Morientes and the return of Baros from injury United manager Neil Warnock has revived his interest in the forward.

He stated: "If Neil is available, we will be definitely interested."
