Will Bellamy join the Reds

Recently Bellamy has been linked with a move to Anfield. This is due to the corruption in the Newcastle camp over the future of the Welsh striker

Bellamy has put in a transfer request at Newcastle because of his argument with Graeme Souness and Freddy Sheppard. He is reportedly been fined two weeks wages from the club because he faked an injury in a training session last week.

Ever since Bellamy has been linked with numerous clubs from the Premiership and a few Championship clubs.

Liverpool, who are short on strikers at the moment despite the recent signing of Fernando Morientes, are the club who have been strongly linked with the Welshman who may have been paid his last wages from Newcastle.

The transfer window is soon to be closed, so if a transfer were to take place both teams would have to hurry up with negotiations.
