Faddy called up

' Well youngster James McFadden has been called up to the Scotland squad for next Saturdays Euro 2004 qualifier with Iceland after scoring 5 goals already this season.

Berti Vogts that he can do a job for him at the top level. He has scored five goals this season including one against Celtic in that famous win. Hopefully the Scotland fans will not be expecting miracles from him if he gets the chance to shine.



Unfortunatly James was the only Motherwell player called up for the match but if the team keep playing the way they have been doing over the last couple of months then I'm sure more will follow Faddy into the Scotland side.
