The supporters direct monthly issue is now out and this months has a section on Motherwell written by James Proctor. He has written all about the crisis's involving Motherwell, Clydebank, Airdrie and Hamilton.

While most fans have used the close season to recharge batteries and either mourn or celebrate the events of last season, it has been more hectic for some fans in particular. Supporters of Motherwell, Clydebank, Hamilton and Aidrie have not had to go looking for trouble.


Motherwell fans worked under the banner of " Well Worth Saving " and as we approach the new season it looks like their will be a reasonable team on the park for the Steelmen. It's been a great effort by the fans to pull together so wholeheartedly in this time of crisis.


It also looks positive that they have decided to start their own Industrial & Provident Society which we hope will be registered in the very near future. The ownership situation is still up in the air and the club remains in administration but there does seem to be some stability about Fir Park.
