Scotland and Ireland's bid to host the 2008 European Championship could be over after the UEFA representitives visited Turkey and Greece to go over their bid and stated that their's was " Almost perfect "

The Scottish and Irish bid also hinged on one new stadium being built in Ireland and they don't have the finance to build one which makes our bid look very weak and hanging by a thread at this early stage.
