James McFadden will escape punishment from the SFA after they decided not to use video evidence. Faddy was alleged to have stamped on Hibernian winger Derek ( postie ) Townsely's hand.

Motherwell now head to Celtic Park on Sunday to face an inform Celtic side without key player's Sengewald, Pearson and Partridge who were all sent off against Hibernian and automatically miss the match.
