Motherwell 6 - 1 Hearts

At last a win, after eleven games without a win since the Celtic game we have got back to winning ways beating Hearts 6 - 1 at Fir Park tonight. Goals from Ferguson, Corrigan, Pearson, Adams and two from Faddy gave us our win.
Motherwell finally won an SPL match at the 12th time of asking against a weakened Hearts team.

Hearts fan's arrive for the demolition job !
Stephen Pearson opened the scoring for Motherwell before James McFadden struck from the penalty spot after he was fouled by Andy Webster in the 19th minute and only seven minutes later, McFadden got his second of the evening and eighth goal of the seaosn before a Derek Adams goal gave Motherwell an astonishing 4-0 half time lead.
The rout of Hearts was completed in the second half with Martyn Corrigan getting his first ever for the club before Stevie Ferguson getting the final goal in the final minute to complete the misery for Craig Levein's team. After the match Craig said that kind of result against Motherwell was a one off.
