Dundee Preview (update)

Our next match is away to Dundee and hopefully the match that could see us get out of the bottom spot in the SPL, if Rangers beat Dundee United and we pick up three points at Dens. We'll be 11th in the league, something that looked so far away just a couple of weeks ago.

Motherwell go into the match with a 2 game unbeaten run, a 6 - 1 win against Hearts and a credible draw away to Aberdeen has seen confidence soar and with Dundee having players missing from training this week with illness this could be our chance to get an away victory, our first since beating Killie in our third match of the season.


Keith Lasley and Dougie Ramsay are expected to return from injury although William Kinniburgh and Paul Quinn have been excellent in their absense.

Dundee manager wants Jim Duffy is hoping he'll be able to field a side on Saturday, ten of his Dundee players are suffering or recovering from illness are Jamie Langfield, Dave Mackay, Lee Wilkie, Lee Mair, Tom Hutchinson, Gavin Rae, Barry Forbes, Steven Milne, Nacho Novo and Fabian Caballero.


Duffy said: " I don't like to even contemplate having to ask for the match to go off ".
