Manchester United have became the latest club being linked with James McFadden. A report in the Daily Express said Fergie's brother Martin has been watching the 19 year old for some time.

McFadden has been linked with a host of clubs this season, German club Bayer Leverkusen, both sides of the Old Firm, Everton and even Craig Brown at Preston North End put in a cheeky bid to prize the 12 goal hitman away from Fir Park but was told where to stick it.

It is thought the Premiership giants will table a bid of around 1 Million at the end of the season which Motherwell will more than likely accept giving the financial position we're in . Andy Goram was the last player to make the move from Fir Park to Old Trafford in 2000.

Fir Park 13, 742 capacity

Old Trafford 67,000 capacity

The youngster has been on top form this season, scoring 12 goals as well as blasting Motherwell into the semi finals of the Scottish Cup. But Faddy has another side to his game, his temprement has came under fire, constant moaning to referee's has saw him pick up 12 yellow and 1 red card this season, something Fergie would almost definitely not tolerate.
