Rangers miss out on latest target

Rangers target Craig Conway has decided to join Cardiff City rather than make a move to Ibrox.

After losing out on their first target, Israeli striker Tomer Hamed, Rangers look to have missed out on their latest target, Dundee Utd’s Craig Conway.

 

The United wide man had talks with Rangers last week but no offer was made, and after talking to Cardiff’s new manager Malky Mackay and being excited by what he had to say Conway chose the Bluebirds.

 

The deal has still to be signed but the former United man has said he has agreed terms and will have a medical in the next couple of days.

 

Conway was signed by United back in June 2006 from Ayr United and scored two goals when United won the Scottish Cup in 2010 and has made two Scotland appearances.
