FA Cup winners Chelsea have completed the signing of Israeli international defender Tal Ben-Haim after his contract with Bolton Wanderers came to an end just over a week ago.
The 25-year old moves to the former Premiership champions on a four year contract and goes straight into their squad for their pre-season tour of the United States.
Ben-Haim played in every defensive position during his time at Bolton and this type of versatility is likely to prove useful for Jose Mourinho's side next season, especially since the Blues had one or two defensive concerns at times during the last campaign.
In three years with the Wanderers, Ben-Haim made 88 appearances and scored one goal as well as helping the club into Europe on two seperate occasions, appearing in the 2005-06 UEFA Cup campaign.
WALKING DOWN THE MANNY ROAD WOULD LIKE TO WISH TAL WELL DURING HIS SPELL AT CHELSEA
