Neil has been linked with a move to Albion by the local press.

Neil played for Esher last season where he has been for the past 18 months and has consistently scored more than 200 points in the last 3 seasons. Before Esher he played for Bracknell where he started at Fly Half before moving to his regular slot as full back. At the beginning of last season he was named player and kicker of the month for National League 2 with 16 from 18 attempts.

He has represented Surrey and England at counties level and had to pull out of the match, where Ed Barnes scored his try, against Tunisia when he was called up to play for the Barbarians to play Georgia. (He scored one try and a conversion and impressed!!)
