Jones undergoing medical at Stoke

Kenwyne Jones will be undergoing a medical at Stoke City this afternoon.
I have to say I think this is a big mistake and, if things don't start well this season, could be the end of Bruce.
You don't sell your best players 3 days before the season kicks off, especially with no replacements.
If he does sign for Stoke they will have a great player at a bargain price.

Think Jones would be a good signing for us.
He obviously worked well with Bent last year and hope he can do the same with Fuller and maybe Tuncay.
Enjoy aaway trips to Sunny Sunderland as much as anywhere in the Premier.

Jones on his day (which is few) is a good player, not a great player.His form has been poor for a while and is undermining the team.Frazer Campbell is due to step up but that being said ,we do need a big target man to change things ,should things be going against us.Long floaty balls to the head dont always work..but fizzing the ball around on the eck does. AS for a bargain price..we dont know how much it could be more than we thought..Lets move onwards..he has helped us in the past but his head is elsewhere
