Capello has starting XI for USA game decided

It is exactly 48 hours until England kick start their 2010 World Cup campaign against the USA, and England boss Fabio Capello has revealed to Sky Sports sources that he already knows his stating line up. But the England gaffer is giving no clues away, least of all to his own squad who are yet to know which of them are included, leaving fans and the press to speculate on who has made the cut.
