World Cup Diary Day 13: England qualify, but Germany next

England fans finally got to see their side collect all three points on day 13 of the World Cup, with a 1-0 victory over Slovenia. In a twist of cruel fate Slovenia, who have led the group throughout failed to qualify after a 92nd minute winner for the USA took the yanks to the top of Group C, with England finishing 2nd. England now face Germany, who won their group with a 1-0 win over Ghana.
