News: Moyes set to sign American starlet

Everton are set to complete the signing of young American star Cody Arnoux on a one year contract.

The switch will still have to go before the Football Association, but the Toffees should be able to capture the lad from Carolina Dynamo successfully.

The 21-year-old scored 13 goals in 16 games for Dynamo and although his side plays in the fourth tier of American soccer, he has been capped at under 18 level for the USA and is tipped to be a big star of the future.

And the future is just what David Moyes has in mind in signing Arnoux, he is not part of the Everton bosses immediate plans, he will join Andy Holden and Alan Stubbs' reserves as they prepare for the new season.
