PHIL BROWN has been tipped to become ENGLAND boss after winning the Manager of the Month award for September. Brown, 49, scooped the prize after guiding new-boys Hull to third in the Premier League. And Tigers chairman Paul Duffen said: “I have no doubt Phil will manage one of the big, big clubs or even the national team one day.
