Defender Wayne Brown will not be joining Derby. Derby County manager Paul Jewell has dismissed rumours linking Brown to the club.Jewell told BBC Radio Derby: "I didn't even see it [the rumour], somebody else told me about it but no, I haven't made any inquiry to him or to Hull."

At the moment there is alot of speculation surrounding Browns future at the club. A load move does seems on the cards as Brown has only played twice this season for the Tigers.  The Tigers paid a club record fee for a defender in July 2007 when Barking-born Wayne agreed to move north in a £450,000 deal.
