Brown Blasts pen decision

Phil Brown has blasted referee Alan Wiley for not giving what he thought was a Penalty when Djourou smashed into new loan signing Manucho in the Arsenal Penalty box. Brown said: "I've got Brian Horton in my staff who has coached many games. He says it's not a penalty, it's assault."
"The last time I spoke to the Football Association's referee's chiefKeith Hackett he said Wiley would not be refereeing Hull City for a long time," added Brown.
"He refereed us at Anfield and dropped a clanger that day that cost us two points.
"Two days ago I was told Rob Stiles would be refereeing and three hours before the game I was told Alan Wiley was refereeing. "Why it was changed I have no idea but that is a conversation that's gone on behind closed doors. I'm not against Wiley. I think he's a good referee but a couple of major decisions are costing us."Brown added: "All I'm after is major decisions. Every manager in the Premier League wants the major decisions to be correct.
"I know you are going to get human error but they seem to be going against us at the moment."Brown Blasts pen decision

ah you fixed it,,clear pen for me.i had bad weekend with the refs...needs sorting they so inconsistent
