Hull to raid Wigan again for £3 mil Brown?

Hull have again been linked with Wigan midfielder Michael Brown. At the start of the window Reports linked Hull with a £2 mil bid now reports suggest it could be £3 mil for the ex Fulham,Tottenham and Sheffield Wednesday midfielder.
Brown joined Wigan at the start of the 2007/08 season and has made 41 appearances for the club. Phil Brown has said he wants to add Premiership quality to his teams is Michael Brown the next on the list?

cant we go for another colour,,to many browns at hull
