January Transfer Window Round Up

Although it was an uneventful final day of the window for Hull the rest of the transfer window was pretty eventful. It was a slow start to the window and no activity happened until the 11th of June when Dean Windass left the KC to join league 1 side Oldham on loan.

The 1st new arrival at the KC was Kevin Kilbane who joined from Wigan on the 14th for a fee reported to be £1.5 million. Two days later and Hull made their second signing of the window getting Manucho on loan from Manchester United for the rest of the season. The biggest Hull signing of the Transfer window was Jimmy Bullard who arrived on a £5 million deal from Fulham.  The Tigers signed kamil Zayatte on a permanent deal and Steven Mouyokolo also signed from Boulogne for 1.8 million but he will remain with the French side until the summer.

As well as Dean Windass leaving Paul McShane headed back to Sunderland after he was recalled from his loan Spell, Marlon King left after falling out with Manager Phil Brown and Wayne Brown also joined Leicester on loan for the remainder of the season.

Hull also missed out on 3 players, 1st Luis Boa Morte rejected a move to Hull after the club failed to match his wage demands. Steve Finnan Failed a medical so a deal for the defender fell through. On the final day of the window Hull missed out on Christian Panucci as the Fee involved was too high.
